Basic Ejector EcoPump SEP
The Schmalz ecoPump SEP is the ideal machine component for decentralized vacuum generation.
Ideal for handling airtight and porous workpieces, this ejector module can be installed directly on the suction cup due to the minimal space required and low weight, thus giving increased suction force.
The resistance to dirt and the one-piece nozzle fitting allow for long service intervals as well as simple, quick and tool-free cleaning.

The suction pad series SPB4f is specially for flexible use in the packaging industry. The suction pad allows for dynamic and safe handling of all kinds of bag packaging. It is ideal for use in connection with Delta robots for quick handling of flexible materials in case packer and pick-and-place applications
In order to transport bags and other flexible packages safely, the bellows suction pad is equipped with a sealing lip that allows it to adapt particularly well to the workpiece. It even provides an optimal seal when used with bag packaging with a large number of folds. In order to further optimize the sealing properties and to increase the holding force, segmented flow fins are integrated into the sealing lip. The key factor is the suction pad’s ability to immediately grip the bag as soon as it lightly touches the workpiece surface – this is gentle on the packaged product and speeds up the gripping and pick-up processes. A reinforced suction bellows with 4.5 folds allows for greater lifting force and creates an important damping effect when gripping the product packaging. An integrated bag stabilizer holds the workpiece safely in position and prevents thin plastic film in particular from being sucked in.
Ejectors for Automotive Industry
These are High-performance vacuum generator for handling suction-tight workpieces under extreme conditions, e.g. in vacuum systems in press lines for handling metal sheets.
The X-Pump models SXPi-PC and SXMPi-PC are equipped with energy and process control technology to this end. The technology is based on three function modules: The diagnosis functions of the energy monitoring and condition monitoring modules ensure maximum process transparency and optimal control of energy consumption; the predictive maintenance module improves the gripper system’s performance and increases the overall quality. Additionally, the function modules monitor all of the process parameters relevant to energy and performance data. Using the ejectors’ IO-Link interface, the user can read data from every device on his or her system’s main controller.

SPG suction pad for chocolates allow for dynamic handling of chocolates in various shapes like Truffles, cherries, balls or hearts. It allows for reliable handling of round chocolates with a maximum diameter of 35 mm or oval and square chocolates with a maximum diagonal measurement of 30 mm
The SPG suction pad has an extremely thin and supple sealing lip that provides an optimal seal for both smooth, glazed chocolate bonbons and structured surfaces. The tapered suction pad geometry ensures that round and square chocolates are completely enclosed and securely held under maximum dynamic pressure. Even chocolates with fillings are moved at high process speeds without being broken. The bell shape securely encloses the chocolate while low vacuum values of -100 mbar prevent the fluid that is underneath the chocolate shell from leaking. The high nominal flow of the suction pad ensures that the required operating vacuum is quickly formed and that leaks that occur when moving highly-structured chocolates are optimally compensated.
Manufactured from FDA-compliant silicone, the SPG is authorized for direct contact with food. It complies with applicable hygiene regulations because it can be replaced without causing contamination

Besides the handling of composite textiles, these grippers are ideally suited to extremely thin, sensitive plastic films, thin glass and blank printed circuit boards.
